Grant Harper was CEO of InvestInvent AG, Zurich (Swiss citizen and residing in Herrliberg, Switzerland). Educated in Switzerland and qualified as an architect, he has studied, evaluated and promoted renewable energies as capital investment and has developed new private equity models for wind power financing. Grant Harper pioneered the Swiss Capital Market with the first direct investment wind energy fund. Before joining InvestInvent AG, Grant Harper held senior management positions with global investment banks such as Merrill Lynch. Prior to this, Grant Harper was a Member of General Management with Korea Development Bank.
As Notz Stucki Group Partner, CEO and board member of Notz Stucki Europe, fully licensed Luxembourg Management Company, with branches in Madrid and Milan, Paolo Faraone is responsible for fund engineering and EU distribution, shaping the Management Company European strategy and development.After beginning his career in 2000 at Citigroup Dublin, Paolo Faraone joined Vontobel Asset Management Luxembourg in 2004, where his responsibilities as director and executive manager included heading both client services and management company teams. Paolo Faraone holds a degree in Political Science from the Università degli Studi di Pavia (Italy) and from Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca (Spain), an MBA from Manchester Business School, as well as a diploma in the Global Senior Management Program from IE Business School & Chicago Booth School of Business.
Sandi Nemet is a senior financial industry executive and entrepreneur with 20+ years of international experience & expertise in Banking and Finance. He spent most of his career in reputable international financial institutions e.g. UniCredit group, Bank Austria Creditanstalt and Alfa Group. Today he is acting as a licensed Independent director,Conducting officer&Authorized Manager in various internationally based firms.

Duff & Phelps, Kroll Advisory Ltd is responsible for performing a proper and independent valuation of the assets of the Fund in accordance with article 17(4) b of the Luxembourg AIFM Law. For nearly 100 years, Duff & Phelps has been active in the areas of valuation, real estate, taxation and transfer pricing, disputes, M&A advisory and other corporate transactions.
The Portfolio Manager
The Fund has delegated the day-to-day investment management of the assets of the Fund to InvestInvent AG (the "Portfolio Manager"). InvestInvent AG has its registered office at Löwenstrasse 2, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland and is experienced in financial advisory services, project and structured finance and capital markets transactions in infrastructure and energy related areas. The Portfolio Manager will execute the day-to-day transactions within the investment guidelines set by the Fund and in accordance with the investment objectives, policy and restrictions described in the Offering Memorandum. The Portfolio Manager is authorised as an asset manager of collective investment schemes by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).
