InvestInvent Wind Energy Fund
Grant Harper was CEO of InvestInvent AG, Zurich (Swiss citizen and residing in Herrliberg, Switzerland). Educated in Switzerland and qualified as an architect, he has studied, evaluated and promoted renewable energies as capital investment and has developed new private equity models for wind power financing. Grant Harper pioneered the Swiss Capital Market with the first direct investment wind energy fund. Before joining InvestInvent AG, Grant Harper held senior management positions with global investment banks such as Merrill Lynch. Prior to this, Grant Harper was a Member of General Management with Korea Development Bank.
Philippe Burgener acts as an independent non-executive director for regulated and unregulated fund vehicles in Luxembourg. He is also active as a consultant and regularly provides training to other industry professionals. Philippe holds Swiss and Canadian citizenship and has resided in Luxembourg since 2007.
Philippe has worked in the financial industry since 2002. He spent his career in international financial institutions and law firms such as SWX Swiss Exchange, Vontobel Fonds Services AG, Elvinger Hoss Prussen S.A. and Maples and Calder. Philippe is also a non-practising counsel in Ogier's Investment Funds team based in Luxembourg where he advises international clients on the structuring, restructuring and ongoing operation of Luxembourg based regulated and unregulated investment funds, the setting up and operation of alternative investment fund managers (AIFM) and UCITS management companies.
Philippe graduated from the Université de Fribourg with an MA in Law and from the University of Zürich with an LL.M in international economic law.
Philippe passed the Brevet d'Avocat in the Canton of Fribourg and is fluent in English, French, German and Swiss-German.
Sandi Nemet is a senior financial industry executive and entrepreneur with 20+ years of international experience & expertise in Banking and Finance. He spent most of his career in reputable international financial institutions e.g. UniCredit group, Bank Austria Creditanstalt and Alfa Group. Today he is acting as a licensed Independent director,Conducting officer&Authorized Manager in various internationally based firms.

NS Partners Europe SA. has been active in Wealth Management, Asset Management and Fund Management for more than 20 years. The Company was the first SuperManco in Luxembourg to be granted extended licenses in 2013 and specializes in managing both UCITS and AIFs, providing with a one-stop-shop solution to set up and manage custom investment vehicles. It has also recently broadened its offering by receiving Private Equity and Real Estate licences.

UBS Europe SE is responsible for its services as a depository bank and payments office for investment undertakings (investment funds) under Luxembourg law. As a global firm, UBS Europe provides financial services to private, corporate and institutional clients. In Luxembourg, it has concentrated on and specialised in wealth management, asset servicing, investment banking and asset management services.
Fund and Corporate Services
Fiducenter S.A. is, inter alia, responsible for maintaining several administrative services such as the calculation of the NAV, accounting services, the processing of subscriptions and redemptions, transfer agency services, share register maintenance and investor relations. Fiducenter has been active in fund services, digital onboarding and bank accounts, depositary, custody, super ManCo services, business services including HR and Payroll and a pioneering ESG Ratings and Advisory services for private markets.
External Valuer Kroll, LLC.
Duff & Phelps, Kroll Advisory Ltd is responsible for performing a proper and independent valuation of the assets of the Fund in accordance with article 17(4) b of the Luxembourg AIFM Law. For nearly 100 years, Duff & Phelps has been active in the areas of valuation, real estate, taxation and transfer pricing, disputes, M&A advisory and other corporate transactions.
The Portfolio Manager
The Fund has delegated the day-to-day investment management of the assets of the Fund to InvestInvent AG (the "Portfolio Manager"). InvestInvent AG has its registered office at Löwenstrasse 2, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland and is experienced in financial advisory services, project and structured finance and capital markets transactions in infrastructure and energy related areas. The Portfolio Manager will execute the day-to-day transactions within the investment guidelines set by the Fund and in accordance with the investment objectives, policy and restrictions described in the Offering Memorandum. The Portfolio Manager is authorised as an asset manager of collective investment schemes by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).
